I think my next ideal shoe size in the real world would be about 10-1/2 EEE. I need really wide shoes to be happy and I usually leave a little extra length to get the width. I took a chance and ordered them a size 10 and received shoes marked '43'. They fit pretty well, although I think I'd happily forego an additional 1/4 inch length for a bit more width. $80 for shoes is the upper limit of my budget but these are definitely the best shoes. I owned for a while. They appear to be made out of genuine leather and other high quality materials. The sole has just enough stiffness and support compared to some of the cheaper moccasin-style shoes I've had lately. I like that they're fairly easy to put on and take off without having to fiddle with the laces, although the tongue does fall off a bit at times. They keep my feet slightly warm in this hot summer weather, but I'll be wearing them a lot in the fall.
