These flats/slippers are stretchy and fit my feet well. They run a bit big if you walk between sizes. However, because they have a significant amount of elastic material running across the arch, they will securely fasten to your foot. Not sure if using it for dance practice would bother me if I could choose a smaller size. The shoes are made of knitted nylon, which is suitable for everyday wear at home, but lacks a permanent structure. They're called dance socks, and they look like one, in case that's important to anyone.
