First we're faced with tiny flies that we think originated from our sink and have now spread throughout the house. There are at least 100 of them in the kitchen, but now they're all over the house and it's frustrating as hell because they keep thrown in our faces. We've poured bleach down the sink to make sure the trash is taken out and our house is clean, but we can't seem to get rid of it. So I bought this bug trap hoping it would work. I don't know if we even caught anything because I can't get the tray out which I'm assuming is the bottom element because that's the only thing about this lightning rod that looks like it's coming out. I can't remove it, whoever designed this made a terrible design, at least put a latch or something to hold onto to remove it. So as far as I can see we haven't caught anything yet and also the tray is broken because I can't remove the damn thing. I paid 44.65 for it hoping it would work and maybe killing her eventually would work. I don't know for sure and may never know because I can never take the tray off to find out for sure. I kinda want my money back for this because now I feel like I wasted my money after reading some really good reviews and I don't know how it got so many good reviews. Maybe it just doesn't work for these types of insects, but it still doesn't fix the tray inability to remove issue.
