I've been working with wood for a few years. The finish on them wasn't as good as it could have been, it came off as soon as I wiped it off. A natural coating could be used instead, ie mineral oil. Due to COVID I felt the need to wipe them down before using. I used 4 wipes as the brown stain kept coming off these pieces. When used, they relieve pain. I'm not sure what kind of brown stain they use, I'm sure if I hadn't wiped it off with a rag the stain would have come out in my face's sweat. I have requested a replacement and am waiting for UPS to pick them up so I can ship them back. Update: I decided against a replacement, got a refund and bought from another seller who used a finish that wasn't rubbed with wet wipes.
