Loose and not stuck. Most of it was under my eyes.
I used to use a charcoal pencil and it was great I liked it but these crumble and even with the primer my eyeliner is almost completely gone in a few hours well not gone it just falls off my upper eyes and travels to my lower eye. Hooray. I am very disappointed in the quality of this product. but hey, bright side! just get off! He does it for you whether you like it or not! The self-sharpening thing is also dead wrong. He's always fat and dumb.
