Shoes are very good if you have a narrow foot in the arch area. I compared the sole width at the arch with my Asics Gel Contend 4 running shoes and it was a good five. /8" tighter on Nike shoes, just felt fun under my foot so I sent them back although the seller was a delight and the return was smooth as usual.
