LOVE this mop and I would give 5 stars except one of the segments on the telescopic handle on mine doesn't want to screw into the other parts so I just removed that segment have a shorter grip. But the design is great. I've noticed that some people who read the reviews haven't read the instructions and can't figure out why their pad gets stuck when putting it in the bucket. There are some tabs on the end of the squeegee which you will need to attach the cap to to hold it in place when using the bucket. The first. Otherwise I am very satisfied with this system.
