NuFoot is awesome and tips for beginners too!

Nufut is the best. These are neoprene socks. We make very, very warm socks. If you don't freeze and just freeze. Don't worry about using them. These socks can be worn with just nylon shorts and in temperatures 30-40 degrees cooler than what you're using and you'll be damn comfortable. Any part of your body can be completely frozen and you won't feel it because your feet are warm. DO NOT WEAR OUTSIDE, ON THE SIDEWALK OR ON ABRASIVES. They just aren't made for it. To be honest, I'm glad it's not. They don't need a strong sole as they can be worn with almost any pair of shoes. Yes, I mean slides! Thanks to the material of the wetsuit, your socks slip into almost any pair of shoes. The bottom still has a good grip so there is no slipping. I've owned a pair for a year. They weren't damaged, they just had a small hole in the bottom from being carried outside a couple of times. Even IF YOU HAVE THE FIRST PAIR! REMEMBER! They will be tight, a little uncomfortable, keep wearing them! Moisten them lightly. Warm them up. Let them adapt to your foot. After about 24 hours of wearing, they fit perfectly on your feet. To make sure they always land on the right foot, I simply wrote the letters L and R on the innermost knuckle of each sock. Even though I can't read the letter, the black lettering is always on the inside of the ankle. Hope that helps!
