Review on FiiO FH3 Triple Drive HiFi Earphones: High Resolution, Bass Sound, High Fidelity for Smartphones/PC/Tablet by Steven Pankey

"FiiO FH3" (SpinFit CP360/Serial Cable/XDUOO TA-10 Amp) Phenomenal! Excellent bass, low frequencies turn into a hum with rapid decay and a soft but noticeable punch, highs sparkle without harshness, perfect balance of warmth and brightness, mids have good detail, vocals are not drowned out and have a touch of life. I like them on the XDUOO Tube as they tame the bass even more making it clearer but have an even smoother character which is absolutely beautiful although they have played amazing on my other amps no complaints and the fit is amazing. Comparisons: This is an improvement over the iBasso IT01s. It has better bass resolution, it's a bit bigger, it has better clarity and detail, but iBasso only has one dynamic driver, so iBasso did a great job sound-wise. Next is ikko 01, ikko has more bass, but bass FH3 is clearer, faster and better IMHO. Also the clarity and detail of the FH3 is better and the vocals also represent a step up in clarity and fluidity. This is where it gets a bit tricky because I've heard KZ ZAX and it has better detail extraction, good bass, not as crisp as those FH3 and not as fast but still nice. The highs are on par, the vocals are mostly in the same position, but the vocals on the FH3 are a bit softer, smoother, nicer, but the FH3 comes with an equally good cable, good cabinet and all-metal body. I like both equally and both are basically comfortable with the same insulation, not the best, not the worst, but ice in general. Another trio in the same price range is ThieAudio L3 (not Customs). I prefer the bass on them more, it's more subtle and I prefer it more, and also the vocals sound better to my ears than the L3, both have good detail, but I prefer the FH3, although the L3 has switches, neither of them do improves the sound to my ears even though they are close. I feel like the ikko OH10 is warmer and a step up, but it's the only other device I like better, but also more expensive. I have Tea, Fearless Rui S6 and would like to trade them for this one (FH3). Also, I was close to buying these because everyone was saying how warm they are, but they aren't that warm unless you're from a different Fiio line. I find they are the perfect combination of warmth and warmth. bright, the best balance I've heard so far. As you can imagine I am very happy with the FH3, they are in the top 3 of my 40 or so works and yes I will listen to them for a while if you allow me.
