Bought 2 skeins in the ocean. The color was very close to what I saw online. I am new to macrame. So I try different brands of cables to see what I like to work with. The packaging is excellent - each strand is individually wrapped. Very neat roles. However, with the 2, I had the same problem as the other reviewer - the cable broke midway. Annoying, but I've been working on it. The second strand broke in the same place. But not a complete break. So good again. I noticed that this cord is a bit stiffer. not so soft and very tightly rolled. Part of me loved working with it because it kept my knots intact and felt sturdy (slightly stretchy). But my fingers lacked the suppleness and softness of another brand. I've found that I like it much better if I let the cord relax on the dowel overnight. Good medium stiffness/flexibility. Anyway I've added a photo so you can see the quality and color. expensive brand. I will definitely keep this in mind for certain projects. And I think it would be good for beginners. I hope this is helpful to someone.
