Too small for the average person

I really like the look of this strap but I find it difficult to put on and take off. Once fitted, the band will not come loose, meaning it can be put on and taken off like a bracelet. I have medium sized hands for a man and I have a hard time putting them on and taking them off. It should fit most women and children, but I still need an inch to recommend it to a man or have an end come out.
