I have had the product for more than a year, it works perfectly, never had any problems with it. The cap didn't slip at all and didn't fit when I had a blade attached. I have found that the supplied replacement razor heads need to be placed in the compartment, alternating the thicker blunt side so that they lay flat. The only issue I noticed is the interchangeable heads. After I used up the replacement parts that came with the kit, I bought a few other packs from Home Depot, Lowes, Walmart, etc. I ran into this every time the standard razors I bought separately didn't fit this tool. Store-bought razors are too big to fit properly in the indentations and sometimes slip out when I'm scratching something at work, almost cutting me.
