This morning at 8am I applied two coats; Allow the first coat to dry completely before applying the second. ((This layered idea came to me after the eye shadow I applied yesterday looked awful with a layer of foundation. So I really wanted to try this product again)). sweating in the sun. It's 10 hours later...lots of creases with eyeshadow settling on. I'm not very impressed with that. I will not buy it again nor will I recommend it.
