I like that it gives me access to all of my accounts as well as being able to manage invoices. It also has an easy way to add notes within each invoice if needed or have your customer call you about something. The main issue with this product, at least for our team, was that we had to manually download all of the files into excel every week so there were many days where we would be missing reports because they weren't automatically sent out over email. If you are looking for one place to go to keep track of everything pertaining to your business then it doesn't get any better than gensy's. Keeping records straight and having them easily accessible makes managing tasks such as payroll much easier. We can now look back and see exactly how much money came in during previous months which helps us save time by making sure that bills and payments come through.
