I'm not a fan of exercise, but I'm trying my best. My goal is to lose weight and I seem nervous about reaching my goal. Since I've been taking them, I've found that if I hold it just a little longer, the burn goes away, it "goes away". I don't know how to explain it. But before I just fell down (and very quickly) when I took them I noticed that after a while after my muscles started to burn they would just stop if I held on just a little bit longer I suddenly felt like I could do more CAN. The burning will pass and strength will take its place. Again, I'm not sure I'm explaining it well. But when the burn subsides, I feel like I can do more (which makes me stronger). I will continue this.
