I like that it is very simple to use and you can share links with other people easily, so they don't have to log in or anything.

It's not as good at showing how many times someone has opened something from you, which would be helpful for tracking analytics purposes. You also cannot see who viewed what page when using this tool. This isn't really any different than sharing documents via email - just easier! We are trying to make our website more user friendly and provide users with better access to information.
