Some tools are not included in the standard kits

This is for the 2021 Standard Metal Joint Bleed Kit (Type 5) - the first picture shows what you will receive when you select the option. This is important for what is NOT included in this kit, but these are fancy tools that are needed to bleed most brakes. If you're going with Shimano brakes, you'll need a 7mm wrench and (I think) a T15 screwdriver. For SRAM you will need a T10 to open the exhaust ports - these tools are included in the pro kit but not in the standard kits. Also, you'll need decent Niril gloves (especially when handling DOT brake fluid) - the ones that come with the kit are baggy and useless. Fortunately, I already had what I needed. If you've never bled hydraulic bike brakes before, check out a few YouTube tutorials first - the manual isn't particularly helpful. While the manual tries to figure out which tips go with which brakes, unless you have a caliper to measure and match specs with, it's going to be a trial and error process of fluid leaking from the ports. Overall this is a decent kit for the price and gets the job done. Syringes aren't the best and tend to trap air bubbles on the walls, so it took some time to prepare; However, everything included in the kit is up to the task and fits nicely in its small box. If you don't already have the tools that aren't included in this set, it's probably worth upgrading to the Pro set.
