Review on Experis Group by Derek Helvie

I worked at experi for about 9 months in my previous role as assistant manager with project management team, which was managed by senior consultant who is also one among their leaderships - Scott Neely (CTO).

It's been great working under him because he had very high expectations from all employees that it made me work hard but motivated too! At times when you are stuck or confused regarding your task then his support will make sure everything gets done properly without any delay/hassle!! Definitely this place has good learning environment where everyone can get involved regardless age gender etc., so if u r fresher don't worry its not difficult once they train ur skillset & confidence increases automatically within few days-1 month only. Overall experience i would rate 4 out 5 stars due unmatching salary structure alongwith low incentive plan compared other companies like adobe/"salary" should be more.
