I’m a volleyball coach and my girls have to ref when we are not on the court, so I bought this pack for them to keep in their bags.I don’t know if they just can’t blow them or if it’s the whistle itself but they are pretty quiet. I’m gonna lean towards "it’s the girls” because they don’t like too much attention.
