Touchpad not working in PS4 game room, controller battery is only 800mA (not 1200mA)

No matter what I do, the touchpad is not working with the PS4 game room, fix them should do it. Didn't work and now I'm waiting for a replacement, also now my grandson has seen that the battery is only 800mA and not the 1200mA I was supposed to be getting, I should have seen it.
