Sweet lids, that's all they are.

Wooden lids are very beautiful but not functional. They don't have a rubber seal to allow them to fall off and let air through, and also have a slot for a spoon or straw to allow air to escape - doesn't work. I had two mugs for about a week when one broke in the sink when lightly hit by another plate. Looks very aesthetic, not very functional in general. Spend a little more to get tighter lids.
