Works pretty good. good for me
It does the job. For me, however I just have to be a bit paitient since my hair is pretty course. It's not that it tangles but I just have to hold one side of my head like you would with face tools to avoid tugging of the skin so it works well and massages nicely. It does add to my time washing my hair which I try to avoid but I'm still learning how to use it. Overall, it's nice and a good size also.
