After using vinegar to decalcify several times over the past few weeks, I have decided on a professional product. It worked great, right away. I didn't have to leave it overnight or for a few days to get it working. Let's see if it lasts longer than a week this time lol. The only problem I see is that the bottle doesn't say what's in it. I spilled several tanks of water after using the product as directed on the bottle. However, it would be nice to know what residual chemicals I am exposed to. I think it's a problem with Keurig anyway. You can never "empty" anything. Overall the product worked great. Much better than vinegar!
