At this price I was VERY disappointed! There are no instructions on how to understand the charger or what the lights mean. And when I couldn't get it to work, it wouldn't turn on, nor any troubleshooting information. I thought I had fully charged it when the green light on the charging cable plug came on, but who knows? The backlight isn't labeled with an action, and there's just a battery switch on the bottom. I tried to figure out how to turn it on, but there is no information about it. For that price, rather than shelling out money for a fancy card with a few diagrams, I would expect to get a well-written guide. I'm not the type to look everything up on the internet. A card with important information should be included and kept in your pocket for easy access. But this "fancy" and, I bet, slightly expensive card doesn't make it easy and safe to use. I do not take my computer with me with the massager. Returned for best choice. Dubious device!
