I ordered these slippers because my baby rolled his hand on his tummy and squeezed with his fingers, irritating his tiny sensitive fingers. I wanted to find something that would protect his cute little piggies without slowing him down. Not only did they protect his toes, but they were grippy enough for him to bounce off them and get on all fours, and now he's crawling on all fours everywhere! They did exactly what I was hoping for and protected his sensitive baby skin. They are very soft and perfect for bulging ankles.
