It wasn't what I expected at all. I'm a coupon seller, so I have to cut multiple identical coupons together in a perfect line to avoid cutting off the barcode. I use printed coupons along with those found in newspapers. I bought this product specifically for the number of pages (5-10) that it claims can be cut without wear. That's a lie. I was able to cut 5 pieces on regular copy paper without fraying, but even at the end of one session it started fraying. The adjustable part at the top with a screw holding it in place is a joke. The whole piece keeps popping up and it's definitely not holding my papers where I need them, resulting in uneven cuts. The blade isn't straight or sharp for that matter. When I opened the box it was already assembled and looked used. Some lettering and lines on the cutter have already come off and are smudged. I know I ordered a new one.
