Pretty on shelves, best in puzzle boxes

Beautiful translucent watercolors look gorgeous in soft light - good for your collection but NOT good for regular play if you're a visual cuber. Colors are muted. - not very bold or light. The blue ones are awfully similar to the green ones; and since they're all translucent, each color changes the appearance of adjacent pieces, adding confusion to an already faint color difference. Yellow tones may appear green or orange. Pinks can appear orange. Whites may appear. ANY other color. If you're the kind of person who can solve problems blindly or solve problems quickly with a single glance, the color confusion will only affect your inspection. The Cube itself feels very smooth around corners - even without adjustments. I brought it back because I'm not ready for a cube just sitting on a shelf and I don't have the advanced skills to solve it without looking at colors throughout the solution. If you choose to display it, avoid a place without strong, direct, or glaring light, as you may find that looking inside makes the cube less attractive.

Pros
  • Durable finish
Cons
  • All right
