This package is really unique. It was a real lifesaver on our trip. It is not only beautiful and stylish, but also very comfortable. My old stretcher always gave me severe back pain after half an hour, but I lasted more than half a day with this stretcher before I started feeling my back. I was even able to take my ESA on a plane without the need for a closed underseat dog carrier. People everywhere have been asking me where I got it from and I know two of them have already ordered their own. It was also comfortable and roomy for my dog, she loved looking at all the new places we were visiting, sometimes she just lay down and took a nap. It has a removable, heavy-duty hard bottom, but once you put some padding in, it's about as comfortable as it gets. The only downside I've found is that it's a little awkward to put on and take off, but the overall comfort is worth it. Extra work. I am a 100% satisfied customer. 🙂
