I had a slightly larger version of this (similar in appearance and bought elsewhere). when we wanted to put a light Halloween decoration on the front door. Bad - despite the mild weather and the glass door protecting it, the rear magnetic panel detached from the hook front panel and dropped the decoration. The decoration was less than 3 ounces. in weight, so it must have been bad glue or glue application that caused the malfunction. Not happy when the second did the same. Good thing the decoration was nothing more than cardboard with a tiny replacement light powered by a couple of AAA batteries. When the time came, we hung our Christmas wreath differently instead of trying again with a third magnetic hook.
