Had to go back as the markings on the tongue didn't match what was supposed to be said. I have ordered 10 gentlemen. Tonge should have said 10M but he said 10W. I contacted the Olukai themselves, who told me they don't make wide shoes. So if they put W on the smallest, it means it's a women's shoe and M is a men's shoe (not medium). Also, this particular shoe is not suitable for women at all. Even so, they suspected the shoes might be fake Olukai. Since I bought these shoes from a local store, they have gotten wider than other Olukai shoes. My husband wears the 10 in the canvas version and the 9.5 fits him perfectly. 10 was too wide. His feet are narrow/medium wide. Be sure to zoom out by half.
