I purchased this product in July 2019 as I was planning to switch from desktop to laptop. So one thing led to another, and I didn't do that until mid-December. Far beyond the point of no return. Upon plugging it in, we found that the 4 ports on the front of the device weren't working for data transfer. . They were 'powered', you could plug something in and charge, but when you plugged in a data drive the drive 'didn't feel'. We believe that some internal device connections are not made in the device. Since it costs a lot of money, I decided to take a risk and contact the seller. No problem. I actually had to send the unit back at my own expense before they sent me another one. I was reimbursed for shipping. The next day. Even before they have returned the original product. The new product works as advertised. All ports work and the dual monitor feature is good too. Actually I have 3 monitors. Two large desktop monitors in addition to the laptop. One desktop serves as my primary monitor and the other as a secondary monitor when I need it. Both are connected via Wavlink. Now I have everything set up so that my laptop works as a desktop system in the office with minimal connectivity. I am very satisfied with my product and the seller. I would buy from them again anytime. They could have just blown me up, but they didn't.
