. In terms of increasing nitric oxide and getting a great pump in the gym, I'd give it a 5.

For raising nitric oxide and great pumps in the gym, I would give it 5 stars; but; Has anyone had problems with an allergic reaction or a rash on their back, chest, stomach and/or arms after taking it? I've tried looking everywhere for why this is happening. I have to downgrade it to 2 stars for that. I may not have a reaction to citrulline malate.
