So I bought these to deal with the uncontrollable buildup of dead skin caused by diabetes. No matter how many times I use a pumice stone, soak it, etc., it always has a hard, calloused appearance. I thought they would help me with my problem especially since in winter they get dry and end up tearing. I probably needed a little less enthusiasm because those suction cups are sharp. For example SHARP. They require very little force to penetrate even the toughest skin, so be gentle. However, I did not go gently. Now it looks like Freddy Krueger gave me a pedicure. Total horror show. Knives have nothing to do with it. I LOVE these knives even more for that. They work fine. i'm just an idiot Luckily the second leg wasn't that bad. Lessons learned. No regret.
