The team at MSC has been extremely responsive to our needs since we first contacted them in early 2016 with regards to their ingest capabilities. They are always available via email or phone when you need help with technical questions about how to use certain features within the service. I cannot think of anything that would make me dislike working with this group as they have been nothing but professional, helpful every step along the way! We recently added new stock footage into one of my clients' libraries from another microstock vendor who was no longer able to provide us access (they had gone out of business). Ingesting all those files took over three days due to having so many clips per file type - it could not be done faster than what we were getting through other vendors without using manual labor which is prohibitively expensive. It's taken nearly two months for these assets to become searchable by both keyword searches AND facial recognition filters. This can't happen fast enough!!
