The ease of use, that it's always up to date with new features being developed by their team as well! It has many integrations which makes connecting all your systems easier than ever before (like Slack!). You can also create custom fields when you're creating or editing employees in order make things more streamlined/efficient at workflows etcetera - great flexibility here! I've had no major issues so far but if there are any problems they get fixed quickly once notified about them via support tickets / emails from other users who have similar setup like me.
