Review on 🎤 Rode M5-MP Cardioid Condenser Microphones - Optimized Matched Pair by Riley Skeet

I'm a classical violinist and bought these mics to record some songs after my friend raved about them. Unfortunately now all my records are ruined by the constant humming of every chord I play. Whenever I played the lyrical tune there was absolutely no problem and it sounded clean and beautiful, but as soon as I had to play a chord the hum came back. At first I thought it had something to do with mic placement or gain. was too high, but after two hours of tuning it still sounded the same no matter what. I'm afraid I'll have to send these back.
