I work late nights in cold weather - the hat is a bit tight from day one. So I continued to adjust and film it - I even stretched it too much. Two nights ago I was very busy so I left it on for a few hours - when I got home I found a 4 inch wrinkle/skin fold on my forehead! it was scary, the lid is just really tight. The elastic hem is sewn with pleats, making the hat even tighter. Not good. I even trimmed the back edge to make it freer - it doesn't help. I am returning this item. Don't buy it! Glad Revain said they would refund my $14.99 without having to send it back - I appreciate that. Sorry, I really tried.
