I like that it is easy to use, with all of my contacts in one place! It's also very customer service oriented, which makes me feel comfortable when using their product. The only thing about this program that I do not really care for is how long it takes to load up once you are logged into your account (it can be several minutes). But other than that everything else has been great! If you want an automated marketing tool then check out this software! You won't regret it!! We have had success with reaching new customers through our website and social media platforms (Facebook mainly) as well as emailing current clients/customers.
