Beautiful scenic design; The strength is not very large, very thin metal, easy to bend.
The rotating part does not always turn. It seems like it has to be balanced right on the center pin to spin at all. The metal is very thin throughout the device, but it's only needed for the rotating part, allowing the blades to rotate, even if they don't rotate as expected. However, you cannot have a larger candle with a hotter flame because the metal will then char, which is not an option. I think it would make sense to improve the design of the blade and center pin.
