too small is not made for plus size queens!

I received the skirt within a week. I was so excited when it arrived but after it arrived I wanted to try it on and it was too small. I ordered XL and usually wear the large one. I compared it to my younger sister's skirt, which was small for women and was the same size. When you order, then order little by little.
