Great design and functionality for my intended use. I really like the smart night light feature and for the first week the device worked well when using a combination of USB and a standard wall outlet. At the end of the first week I noticed a slight buzz when plugging in the USB phone cable for charging. The device continued to charge properly and never felt warm or anything but a slight buzz. After about 10 days, the central USB port stopped working. The left port still works, as do the sockets. USB-C was not used. I returned the product and received a replacement today. I hope I just caught a bad device and it will work well for a long time. The return went smoothly and the replacement item arrived in 2-3 days.
