I like the fact that there are more than enough cables from the bumper to the radio. I also liked how it was connected. There was a blue pigtail on the stereo end that I pinched to make sure it connected to the red wire on the camera end. I plugged in the red wire and grounded the black wire and connected the blue wire to the red wire on my stereo and connected the purple wire from my stereo's backup camera to the backup light wire in my stand. I used a probe with a light that came on when I flipped the switch back and went out when I put it back in the park. Works like clockwork and I can view the camera backwards or in stereo at any time via the AV settings. The picture is very bright and colorful. My only gripe is that the image is a bit washed out at night with the reverse lights on. The camera was new and nice and has worked very well so far. The tiny screws that secure the camera feel awfully small, but they do the job. I rated the durability four stars out of five for the small screws and thinness of the fasteners. Overall I was happy with the camera, the cabling and the performance of the whole system and as the price was reasonable I think this camera is good value for money.
