How to connect this LED garage light to your garage door opener.

Let me first say this LED light is amazing! With only 60 watts on a medium-sized standard screw base, it will light up your garage like daylight! I connected it to a garage door opener so it comes on for five minutes every time I open the garage door. To connect this light to the garage door opener I used a simple extension socket that I bought from amazon.com from amazon.com /gp/product/B087Z4QXBY. I looped the BX extension socket cord over the garage door opener rail as shown in the photo.
