Plastic works great; Low Quality Pens

The heat shrink plastic itself works great and is great for small keychains. The colored pencil, felt tip pen, and Posca pen all worked well and they baked nice and evenly as long as you keep an eye on them and squeeze them when they come out of the oven. however thin. Every keychain I've made with it has had its chain snap within a day, even with minimal stress. I would only plan to buy stronger metal parts, they are not that expensive. However, I think it's worth the price for just the plastic and hole punch, so I'm not too concerned.

Pros

Easy to use, draw and color your favorite pattern, cut it out with scissors, then make a hole, it will shrink in the oven! This is such a fun craft
