I hope this is a healthier alternative to the Bic lighters

I have noticed that after a long day of smoking I get a headache towards the end of the night when I smoke. It goes away pretty quickly after my last hit, but it started to bother me. I thought it might be caused by lighter fluid since I use a mug most of the time. I've had a couple 20ft rolls of Bee Wick hemp wick and haven't used anything but this for about a month and haven't had this headache. So I bought this big roll. Compared to the two 20ft rolls I had, there is significantly more wax on the hemp of the 420ft roll. Otherwise it works the same way.
