The customer support is great! They are very quick with responding back when you have questions or need help during an integration process. Their pricing structure works well for smaller companies as it does not require large amounts of traffic (which makes sense). It's easy enough to implement into our product without needing additional resources from their team. We're looking at adding this service into other products we offer so more people will know about us. I'm currently using several third party tools but they all lack one thing - cleanliness. There needs to be better control over what gets filtered out by these filters. So far there haven't been any issues because of how fast they respond to requests/questions after integrating them within my site. Filtering adult content has made managing user-generated media much easier than before since everyone knows to keep those things off the public facing side of our business.
