Used in a small office for more than six months, firmware 3.0.0.4.374.33 (Merlin build). Supports a NAS server, 5 computers over a network and a laptop and 4 devices over Wi-Fi. I did not use the built-in "gadgets" of the device (AiDisk, Download Master, etc.). For the entire period of operation, a reboot was never (!) Required, it works without failures. Before that, they tried to use the ZyXEL Keenetic Giga - it hung every 2-5 days . The only jamb I noticed was trying to plug in a Yota modem for backup internet. When used only with Yota, or only with LAN, it works without any problems. If Yota and LAN are connected at the same time, and the failover mode is set for Yota, if the LAN Internet is lost, switching to the Yota Internet does not occur. What is to blame - firmware or hardware - I do not know. By the way, the aforementioned Keenetic Giga had no problems with this, it switched on the fly without problems. For us, in the end, it remained unprincipled. Otherwise, the device is excellent.
