The product fits true to size. I bought the small. It was very comfortable and keeps your package in place. I wear them without underwear or sometimes a jockstrap. It's not sheer so you can go without underwear and not be worried.

- I didn't like these a little thin and loose around crotch area and ankles.
Cons
- It feels very comfortable, but, unfortunately, the material is bad and after a week it ripped.
