Degraded or fake?

I have been buying many of these for decades and although there have always been differences between purchases, e.g. B. whether the bag was included, which brush was included, whether the bottle can be stored or not in the wooden handle etc., the last thing I bought is noticeably questionable in terms of quality and authenticity. The differences are as follows: D4 bottles are factory sealed.* The bottle label has instructions on how to pierce the seal with a needle, which doesn't make sense as the bottle is a regular spray bottle with no pierceable cap.* The D4 logo is on the bottle label is in the wrong font. * The cleaning solution itself is NOT the same. The original D4 lays down in an even, clean, ultra-thin layer. The solution from this aerosol will collect on the surface (indicating it is mostly water) and leave water stains as it dries.* The Plastic Cleaning Brush is a standard black brush with very stiff bristles. It is not recommended to use this on your stylus. * The wood cleaning pad is oddly thick/curved in the middle (I've never bought a set that ended up with that kind of curvature) so when you clean the record. only one part comes into contact with your plate. As a result, you either have to use more force (not recommended) or move the pad to different inside and outside surfaces of the record just to clean it. There are other details but these are important. Either RCA drastically changed the kit as a whole, or analog kits are on sale.

Pros
  • Record cleaner and cleaner
Cons
