I like that it is easy to use, there are many features which can be used in order to improve workflows but also make things more efficient as well.

It's very intuitive so not much training needed once you've got an idea of how everything works. There isn't anything really bad about this system at all! If anyone wants a good way to keep track of employees then definitely look into using catalpone - we have found it extremely useful since implementing it. We were able to get rid of paper files by putting them online with Catapult One.
